Set near Boulder, Colorado, this newly built farmhouse by Landed Interiors was designed to feel as though it had evolved naturally over generations. Rather than leaning into a polished new-build aesthetic, the interiors embrace craftsmanship, patina and an intentionally lived-in warmth.
Traditional detailing, antique pieces, hand-finished materials and richly layered textiles create a home that feels collected rather than decorated. Landed Interiors worked closely with craftspeople to introduce character throughout, from aged timber and handcrafted metalwork to patterned tiles and wallpapers that bring depth and individuality to each space.
Featured within the home, Loom Atelier adds another tactile layer to the considered interior. Its woven texture sits naturally amongst the handcrafted finishes and relaxed material palette, reinforcing the home's emphasis on objects designed to be used, loved and enjoyed over time.
