One Size (Fits 6 - 10 Australian)

Wash on a cold or warm cycle with natural detergent. Keep towels separate from items with zips to protect loops and tassels.

Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can reduce absorbency. If you spot any loose threads, simply trim them with sharp scissors.

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia: $10 for standard delivery and $25 for express.

International shipping starts from $30 AUD and varies depending on your location and order size. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is on its way.

For USA customers - Loom Atelier is covering 100% of the new tariffs and duties. Tracking will begin with Australia Post and then transition to USPS for final delivery.

Other international customers are responsible for customs fees and duties (The UK, in particular has high import fees, including VAT).

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers can exchange or receive store credit for unused, unwashed items within two weeks, with return shipping at the customer's expense. Faulty items qualify for refunds. International returns are allowed but not recommended, as return labels are not provided.
