To maximise absorbency, we recommend an initial 24-hour soak in cold water before first use. This allows the organic cotton fibres to open, expand and become absorbent naturally. After soaking, follow the general care instructions below.

General Care:

Machine wash on a cold to warm cycle with natural detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Wash separately from items with zips or hooks. Avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents, as they can damage the organic fibres.
Ecru pieces may take a little longer to reach full absorbency, as they are undyed. If you notice a loose thread, simply trim it with sharp scissors - do not pull.

With regular use and care, your piece will continue to soften and become increasingly absorbent over time.

We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $300AU; under $300AU, standard shipping is $10, and express is $15.

We ship worldwide, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and tracking is provided via email.

For USA customers - Loom Atelier is covering 100% of the new tariffs and duties. Tracking will begin with Australia Post and then transition to USPS for final delivery.

Other international customers are responsible for customs fees and duties (The UK, in particular has high import fees, including VAT).

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers can exchange or receive store credit for unused, unwashed items within two weeks, with return shipping at the customer's expense. Faulty items qualify for refunds. International returns are allowed but not recommended, as return labels are not provided.
